Orders & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shopify Pay for a faster checkout.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our site.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately at contact@modalease.com with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we can only modify the address if we catch it before shipment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the USA! Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-8 business days after that.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days and a delivery time of 6-18 business days. A flat shipping rate of $19.00 USD applies to all international orders.
Q: My package is taking longer than expected. What happened?
A: The delivery times we provide are estimates. Sometimes, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or customs (for international orders). Please use your tracking number first. If the status hasn't updated for a while, contact us, and we'll help investigate.
Q: Will I have to pay customs charges for my international order?
A: For orders shipped outside of the United States, any customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost, and Modalease has no control over them.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please email us at contact@modalease.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: To ensure you get your new item as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and following our return process to send back the original item for a refund.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Products & Sizing
Q: How can I find the right size?
A: Each product page has a detailed size chart. Measure yourself and compare your measurements to the chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
A: We try to restock popular items, but it's not always guaranteed. You can sign up for the "Notify me when available" email alert on the product page to be the first to know if it returns!
Q: How do I care for my Modalease clothing?
A: Care instructions are listed on the label inside each garment. We recommend following those instructions closely to maintain the quality and longevity of your items.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You can create an account during checkout or by clicking "Login" in the header and selecting "Create account." Having an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster shopping.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: Click the "Login" link and then "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
